Activity booking time

Can someone help me please (as we don’t live in US).
If our booking window opens on12 April. Is that 1 minute after 11 April 11:59PM Eastern time?
I.e. becomes 12th April at 12:00AM?

Yes. Your window starts the moment it becomes your booking day, midnight EDT. (Not sure when other countries begin daylight saving time, but we're on it already.)
