Activities Recommendations

Good Morning!

we are getting very excited for our first cruise ever, and approaching the date that we can book activities. We will be on a 4 night cruise on the Wonder in April and do not plan to get off the ship Mexico.

For the seasoned Disney cruisers out there, do you have any recommendations for activities to sign up for? I see the website has a very broad overview but I’m curious how this works when you sign up- does it show you a day by day schedule? It’s my husband and myself, and 2 kids under 6.

I was given gift cards to be usedfor a spa treatment for Christmas so that is on my radar as well!

Well, there are activities that take place on each day that you don't have to sign up for. Those will be posted daily in the Navigator on the DCL app. You need that APP to know what's going on by day.
Paid activities that you sign up for in advance are also shown in your app. Not sure about stuff for kids but we've done paid tastings (DH likes bourbon so he's done that) and the Rainforest room. Once you sign up and in some cases, pre-pay they are there for you to see on line under your reservation information and again, on the app.
Can't stress using the app enough.
If you see something you think you'd like to do though, sign up the first day you are eligible to do so. These things sell out VERY quickly and yes, you can cancel them if you change your mind.

Once you get on the ship, you can see the activity schedule for every day (though they do sometimes change a little). You can mark the activities you are interested in to get a reminder. My family's favorite was the animation classes.
