Activities at other resorts?

Are there any restictions to participating in activities at other resorts? I know we can't use the pools but face painting, scavenger hunt, marshmallow roasting etc.

We like the activities at AKL and considering heading over for a resort day.

Did you mean to say "I know we CAN"T use the pools" because you cannot use the pools unless you are a resort guest, or at some resorts DVC members may use other pools.

I don't know if Disney has an official take on this, but I have never seen anything about not being able to participate in other resort activities. I've seen lots of times people mentioning doing the marshmallow roast at other resorts if they were there for dinner or to see the fireworks from the beach.

During out last trip I did my normal resort hop day while the girls were shopping and while at AKL they encouraged me to come back with my daughter and enjoy some of the hotel activities. One of the reasons we are staying at AKL in June is they CM's were just to friendly and helpful.

Anything outside of the pool fence is fine. You would not be allowed to enter the pool area to partake of any of the activities in that area.
