I don't see why not. Keep in mind that Guest Relations at ESPNWWOS is only open on dates when there events are scheduled.

I know you can do it at Disney Springs if that helps

We will actually be at WWoS to pick some things up so I was hoping to do it there to avoid the window at the parks...

It appears no times have been posted for our trip on Feb 22...

According to the Disney site, activate your pass at any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or a Disney Springs Guest Relations location. Please bring your exchange certificate and a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. We did ours at the Guest Relations at International Gateway by EPCOT.

That sounds good, I'm hoping they are open the day we are there so I can get it knocked out before heading over to HS!!
