When we have our Disney wedding, we are anticipating wanting to spend the majority of the trip (14 days or so) at POFQ but we would also like to spend two nights Concierge at AKL. Is it possible to book all this through the co-ordinator? Also, I'm not sure if we would need to do a couple of nights at POFQ, then two nights at AKL, and back to POFQ for the rest - has anyone else done this? It will all depend on dates and when we fly etc but I want the two AKL nights to be our wedding night and the night after.

One last thing - are you able to use AP discounts when booking rooms this way?

Jen - you can book rooms on your wedding discount (I think you are a custom wedding, yes?) through your coordinator. He/She can help you. Are AKL and POFQ in your room block?

You will not be able to book AP rate rooms through your wedding coordinator. However, if you book the rooms for yourself with the AP rate - you can give your confirmation # to your wedding coordinator and they will add it to count towards your room nights as part of your wedding group.

Thanks Princessbride :) We are actually planning to have an intimate wedding (only asking immediate family to travel so far!), so I believe we only have to have the four nights minimum stay - I guess we could book the four nights (two at POFQ and two at AKL) with the co-ordinator and then book the remainder at POFQ separately and get the AP discount? I think this might make sense as we would be moving backwards and forwards the first few days anyway.
