Accessing DVC site from firefox

Anyone having issues getting the site to load on firefox? I cleared my cache and it still won't load (there's the initial blue loading circle) but then the screen is blank. Loads on other browsers just fine. Any ideas?

Same problem. The interesting thing is I can load the page to search for availability, but no other DVC pages work.

Cleared history, including cookies and cache. No help.
 
Glad to know I am not the only one having problems with Firefox! I get the same white screen and nothing loads. Interestingly, my disney experience works fine on Firefox just the dvc site won't work.
 
I just spoke with an online DVC rep who told me that it's accessible through Chrome because most people use Chrome. I told him that there were many people who use Firefox and switching was inconvenient. He said that he would inform the website team.
 
Is this something new?
I use Firefox but but haven't been on the DVC site for about a week.

Web sites should be browser agnostic. Make the user happy and don't force someone into using your favorite browser.
 
Yes, this has been happening to me since at least yesterday. I can load the site using Microsoft Edge, but don't really like using Edge. Firefox is my default browser! Haven't used Chrome, so don't know if I'd like it any better than Edge. At least now I know it's not my computer having issues.
 
I have been unable to use FireFox since the day the dvc website was doing maintenance which was early last week. I called Member services last week they said all was fine on their end and couldn't help me to fix it.

Sure, since they probably don't use firefox. :)
 
For those having issues with Firefox, try updating your browser. Three Lines in the upper right corner --> Help--> About Firefox. (will update automatically.)

I was having the same problem accessing the site and this seems to have fixed the problem after restarting.

That fixed it for me. Updated to version 104 (MacOS) which was released today. I was up to date as of yesterday.
 
Thank you....I updated and it worked.

When I talked to someone today (for another issue) she said they were having issues with Firefox and Safari
