Accessing DGCs on Different Devices

Hello! Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. On my computer, I am able to log into the Disney gift card site, and access my saved cards. But, if I log into the site on any other device (phone, laptop, etc.) none of my cards show in the My Cards section. I am using the same login on all devices. I reached out to the DGC site help, and they just gave me the usual 'clear cookies' thing, which didn't help. Is this a thing, where we can only access the My Cards section on one device?

I am able to access my cards on my phone as well as computer.
