We get back from the cruise early Saturday morning (in March) and our flight isn't until about 7:00 that night. Does anyone know if the DVC resorts will let us use the pool for the day. We are staying at the Wilderness Villas the two nights before we leave. Any advice or experience with this?

It is likely that lots of WDW guests and locals use the resort pools even though they are not staying onsite. If you choose to do this, you would not be the first to do so. However, technically you would be breaking a rule, but Disney doesn't seem to care enough to enforce it (with the exception of SAB).

Have fun.

I actuall called MS regarding this, except at Vero. After the cruise we were planning on driving to visit MOM in West Plam Bch. We though we would stop by Vero. Caleed MS, they said they really didn't know, but to check w/ Vero. We did and it was ok w/ them . I am not sure if it is official policy, but we didn't sneak in. We asked and got permission.
Now, as far as WDW, I am not sure if they will be quite as agreeable as they were in Vero. Can't hurt to ask. If not go for lunch at Olivia's or somewhere on the Boardwalk, or spend the day at the beach in Cocoa Beach.

If you are not staying at the resort, you are not entitled to use the pools. Even if you are a DVC member. You still have to be a registered guest of the resort.

Why not go to a water park instead? Then you are sure to be legal.

Day use is not permitted by rule at any DVC resort. Many timeshares allow owners to use year around if they desire, they usually just have to check in with the front desk. But DVC, and Disney in general, is nothing if not inconsistent. And the chances of being told yes on a phone call then not be allowed on arrival are extremely high in this situation.
