accesing the disabled section for shows and the disabled area for Parades and Dreams

visiting 1 week today and because I am pregnant I am able to claim a special pass that enables us access to shows and the disabled area for Parades and Dreams. But where do I go to gain access to this area???

If you ask at city hall when you get your pass they will mark on the map where you need to go.

You aren't guaranteed to be sitting down just to get into the special area. If you want to sit down turn up early as the benches fill quickly. T hen everyone turns up after you and stands infront of the benches so you can't see. I don't see why they do not put the benches at the front and have people stand behind them.
