Does anyone know what this is? Apparently you get to meet characters and ride rides in Fantasy and Tomorrow lands before the park opens. Just curious because I found someone’s left-behind brochure for it and it’s my first time hearing about it.

That's correct. The private HEA show on Wed night was for the same group. The group has had many private events spread out over a few days. They are still at WDW.

My son performed for them at the Grand Floridian with his entertainment company, they opened for Flo Rida
They were asked by Abracadabra to sing songs from the Frog Choir at Universal they had to change things up a bit and added songs that had to do with magic

YPO is Young President's Organization. It's for CEO/Presidents under 40 or 45. My husband was asked to join...I was just in it for the trips. Have a friend there now, looks fun! I think they do it yearly.

I was at a small private event for 20 YOP guests this past week at Epcot, they are certainly an upbeat group. Tonight they'll be at AK after park close for another great event.

It's apparently a great support system for young CEO/Presidents. Sadly the owner of the company my husband ran {has since been sold and now he works for that new CEO} was too cheap to pay the fees. Boo, I need my Disney and Key West trips!
