Anyone been to the ITALIAN pavillion in EPCOT? I am excited to see if there is anything new, (gotta get those mickey ears this year).

What is your favorite thing in ITALY to eat, buy or experience? :goodvibes

The music.

And I use to love Masquerade, really miss them. :(

PS: Your kids are too cute!!!!! :thumbsup2

DD bought a top there - very cool! Long sleeves with Italia written on it amongst scenes of Italy (back was solid black). This store also sells perfume, and it takes a few minutes to get used to it! Across the way is another store that is more of a kitchen store.

They have jugglers here, and sometimes street performers put on a little play. Kiosks sell gelato and wine, and of course there is Alfredo's for dinner. Their Tirimasu is very authentic and tasty!

I was really hoping for some cool shirts from the ITALY Pavillion this year. Oh well, I guess I'll have to settle for jewlery... :rotfl:

We love the chocolate!! And we always seem to come home with at least one photo of us sitting in front of the fountain...

Wine, we spend a lot of money on wine in Italy.

I LOVE Italian wine.

Aqua di Parma perfumes. Can't resist every time we go.

I picked up a REALLY cute Goofy dressed as a gondolier one trip. Actually picked up three - one for me, and two for my cousin's kids for when we went to visit them in Italy, LOL!

Haven't tried whatever brand they have there, but I'm a big fan of Limoncello :thumbsup2 I may have to try theirs this time around.

We've actually got all the different nationality plushes. It was what started the wife's collection.

Italy is my favorite country in Epcot. You just can't beat the fresh made pasta at Alfredo's. The fettucine alfredo is unlike anything you can get here because of the fresh pasta and authentic sauce. They also have the strongest coffee anywhere on WDW property and the most delicious chocolate cake. They also have pizza for little ones. Lunch service was awesome, it was great to hear everyone correctly pronounce my Italian last name. Definetely do this one for lunch, it is extremely crowded at dinner. The shops are still fabulous. When I was there in Feb there was lots of really cute jewelry that was marked down. They also have perfumes that you can't buy anywhere else but in Italy. Beware - the Bulgari fragrances are in the ladies room for you to sample at Alfredo's. Needless to say, I bought a bottle of Omnia by Bulgari and get compliments on it all the time.
