? about the payment authorization form

Can my Dh just fill it out and put my name as a person who is authorized to charge to the Key to the World account? Or do we both have to fill it out with our credit card info?

#1. To answer your question - you only need to fill out one of these authorization cards.

#2. To make a general comment (perhaps even a question)... Why do they even bother with having you list who all is authorized to use the card given the fact that ALL KTTW cards get activated with charging privleges. For those that are not aware of this fact... even if you DON'T list your children as having charging prileges, when they get their KTTW card, they WILL have charging privleges. And unless DCL has finally changed things, the only way to get the kids charging privleges revoked is to take the KTTW card to guest services after you get on board.

I've personally overheard a story at guest services where a child made some new friends by charging over $100 in the video arcade before the parents realized thier kids KTTW card had charging privleges.

Only one is necessary for each room...Everyone has rights to use it, unless you go to guest services to de-activate your KTTW.....

SO, just one is necessary per stateroom, unless you're a mixed family or something...

Don't lock it too far away..... everyone (children included) MUST have their KTTW card to get off/on the ship in port.

With the possible exception of the vending machine that dispenses arcade "token" cards, when ever you try to charge something to your KTTW card, a CM will ask you to confirm your room number as a cross check that a lost/stolen card isn't being used.
