If you book a dinner pkg such as Fantasmic or Candlelight processional that have a set fee is the tax and tip included?

We also booked the LTT for the night of our MVMCP and I know that thati s just like any other meal and doesn't include it if you not on the MYW plan, We are and know we will probably be paying out of pocket for both the Fantasmic and the Candlelight processional.
