? about staying at 2 resorts

I already have a five night ressie for ASMO in Jan. If I want to change those last two nights to POP, do I have to pay the deposit for the first night at POP too?

I have a split stay between CSR and CR and I had to pay a one night deposit for each of the resorts. Of course, it may be because one is with AP discount and the other is AAA discount.

Yes, each one will require a deposit.

But that also means one less night you have to pay later on!!

Ok.... now the question is... is it really worth the trouble to change from one value to another? It's going to be hard to convince DH to change resorts mid trip and I want to make sure it is an easy process. Otherwise, we will probably just visit POP and maybe use the food court instead.

The morning you're checking out, call Bell Services once you're packed and they'll pick-up your luggage and take it to luggage services. You go off to the parks and then checkin at Pop in the afternoon. Once you're in your room, call Bell Services and they'll bring it up to you. It'll be after 3pm before your luggage gets to Pop.

As far as if it's worth the trouble, that depends on you. If you hate repacking, then it won't be worth it!!! I enjoy getting 2 different resorts in 1 visit to WDW.

While I've done 4 split stays, I don't think I'd do it if it was one value to another. When I split, I usually do it because I cannot afford to stay at mod or deluxe the entire stay, so I might stay at a value for a few days, then switch to a deluxe for a night or two at the end. One trip we went from value to mod, to deluxe.

That being said, if you decide to do it to experience different resorts, it's usually not a problem to have luggage transferred for you. Just follow travelin' tigger's instructions.
