? about parking for Pool Hopping

I know that if you go to a hotel, by car, to use their restaurant (like the Polynesian, for example), you receive a ticket for your car allowing you to stay for like 2-3 hours, I believe. I was wondering what happens if you plan to have a meal at the Kona Cafe at the Poly and want to stay to use their pool after breakfast (pool hopping, assuming yes you have checked and it is ok). Do they give you a parking pass for a few hours etc.? Has anyone done this? THANKS!!

If the resort is giving out "timed" parking passes to anyone not staying at the resort, you will get one evenif you say your are pool hopping. There is no special exception or extra time given for pool hopping. Believe the passes are usually for 3 - 4 hours.

Thanks Carol. We have gotten a "pass" for parking at the Poly for breakfast a few times, but are new DVC members so have never pool hopped. Thanks for the response.

Do most of you pool hoppers drive to the resort and park? Thanks. I would imagine this is easier than taking Disney transportation and using the resort pool.

Remember PH availability does not guarantee parking access. There have been people turned away at CR and many have had 3 hour parking passes.
