? about National and Taxes, Surcharges and Fees

Did the taxes and fees go up for National?

My original tax etc charges were about $28.00 and now when I just checked my reservation they went up another $20.00 or so.

I just looked again and I see there is an added fee of $16.00 . Its a concession fee. Is that because I am dropping the car off at MCO? I am picking it up at the WDW car center.

Did you use code 6600330 when making your reservation? Apparently the charges associated with that code have been corrected to reflect the current charges. There was another thread about that on this board.

If not, I have no idea why that happened.

There's a new concession fee for cars picked up at the Car Care Center or the Dolphin. It is a percentage of your subtotal and is ~ 10%.

There's no way around it if you are renting from the CCC or Dolphin. It is a Landlord Concession Fee.

I was just curious since the fee wasn't there before. I used the National code not that other one. I changed that code right away !
