Is WDW accomodating on letting adults pay for a child's price at buffets if they have a medical condition that doesn't let them eat a lot of food? One of our family has had stomach surgey and has a card from physician with information on it. Many restaurants will allow her to order from children's menu.

Hi - don't worry about it - many people order from the childrens menu or split adult entrees between 2 people.

I think it is much easier to do at counter service - but I am certain the sitdown restaurants are really good about it too.

I think most restaurants wont have a problem but the buffets - I dont know what they will do about charging?? Maybe someone here will be able to help you

As stated in earliar posts WDW don't usually have a problem accommodating people's special dietary requirements. Buffets usually charge full amount regardless of how much you eat.

Hope this help?
