If we make an ADR for LTT do we have to make it for before the party or during? Does the whole park shut down at 6 or can we make and ADR for 6pm and finish up just as the party is starting? We have 3 little ones (7 and under) so we were hoping to eat dinner at 6 then go right to the party. We didn't want to waste an hour of precious party time in LTT. KWIM. Also, I read on the board that the characters wear masks. Do they only do this during the MNSSHP, or would they wear them all day?

Thanks!

Tara

LTT should be open with out a problem. We did this before MVMCP this past year. But we had a 5:30 ADR and bailed on the place at 7 with no dessert. It was bad service and less than stellar food, we felt we were missing the party and the reason we had bought the extra tickets to go to MVMCP.

I would recommend a counter service or earlier ADR at Chef Mickeys or 1900 Park Fare (Maybe 4:30) as the park really empties out from 4-6 and you can ride all you want with little wait. The park was so empty and DD didnt want to stop riding to eat.

Yes, if the park closes at 6 and the party begins at 7, you can make a reservation at LTT for the in-between time. We did that last year, and had a wonderful time! I would recommend, though, making your reservation for a little earlier, maybe 5:45 or 5:30 (if you were set on getting right out to the party when it opens). They probably won't seat you right away at your reservation time, but you can relax about it that way. Then you can relax and enjoy your meal and the characters.

Our experience was wonderful. Both the food and service were excellent. The character interaction was terrific. I think the characters (and the CM's) only have their Halloween costumes on at dinner, but I'm not certain of that.

We did LTT during the party last year...they are already set up for dinner and halloween costumed when the open for dinner. We had an ADR for like 4 or 4:30...whenever it first switched to dinner, I just can't remember exactly. You can get in with your MNSSHP ticket by like 4pm the day of the party...you don't have to wait until 7.

I just made my ADR for LTT on October 10th and was only able to get 4:25. That should be okay because I am planning on getting MNSSHP tickets for that day also.
I got really excited because the CM thought the tickets for MNSSHP went on sale today and transferred me to someone else so I could purchase them. Unfortunately he was wrong and the tickets didn't go on sale toady. Oh well, I will just keep waiting !!

I'd get the earliest dinner meal available - 4:30 if possible. Our was at that time and they were slow - it was 7 before we were able to get done and changed into our costumes. Don't waste party time sitting down and eating.

Maybe do lunch at epcot's Garden Grill and then treak over to MK (if you have park hoppers) around 3 or 4 for the party. That way it is still a character meal!

We ate at LTT about 8:00 last year - it was during the first of the two parades (We viewed the 2nd parade). We entered MK at about 6:30, rode rides over and over til 745. We considered the LTT meal part of the party, not an interruption of the party! When we left LTT about 930 the park was really emptying out of families with smaller children, and again we were able to ride many things with no lines! pirate:

I agree! I made our ADR at LTT for 4:15 on MNSSHP night. We are doing the 9/29 party. The earlier the better. :thumbsup2
