We have an ADR for LeCellier @ 8:40 pm. I noticed that on that day the park closes at 9pm. So does this mean we will be rushed to have our meal ?

If so I will cancel our ADR and go somewhere else. We are going on an adult only trip and really don't want to be rushed to eat. I didn't realize the park closed at 9 when I made the ADR.

Keep in mind, IllumiNations starts at 9:00 and lasts about 15 minutes. So at 9:15, there are thousands of people just starting to leave. I know that in the past we have ducked into some of the shops after IllumiNations to let the crowds leave. We have had snacks in France and Germany after IllumiNations.

So while I am not sure what time they will kick you out, I suspect you will have plenty of time. I doubt they would book that late if they closed shortly after 9:00.

Don't worry. We had a similar time last year in October. We were the last ones in the reataurant and we walked out of Epcot alone. Pretty neat actually. I'm guessing it was going on 10:00. Enjoy!!

Don't worry. They won't kick you out. Relax and enjoy yourself. A few years ago, we were leaving after Illuminations and my son and his family wanted to try for more pressed pennies. We stayed for a while and while we were walking past Chefs de France, there were plenty of people still in there. My daughter-in-law wanted to know if she could go in there and maybe be able to take a picture of a chef since her cousin was training to become a chef. I told her this was Disney World, why not ask? She and her daughter were let inside and not only did she get her picture but her daughter was given a little chefs hat of her own and was allowed to "serve" the customers water. They were in there for about twenty minutes. We didn't leave Epcot until about 10:30 and there were still people in there having dinner.

I agree with everyone. Don't worry. My family and I did the same dining time last december and we found it was really nice to be able to leave after the mass exodus. Also, they don't rush you. If anything you might end up with a great waiter like us and end up talking for 30 minutes about Canada. I love Le Cellier it is definitely a must do everytime we go, no matter the time!

I believe they do. I think they run up to 2 hours after official park closing.

They run buses really late - there is no reason to cancel.

We got the last seating at LeCellier in October and felt like the last people to leave Epcot as well. It's actually one of my FAVORITE things to do - the park is gorgeous after closing when no one is around. We make a late reservation every trip on purpose!

We also enjoy eating very late at Disney World. The buses run late so do not worry. Believe me, they will get you to your resort. In 2005, before they ruined CRT, we were enjoying a leisurely late dinner and our waitress grew up in Memphis. We talked to her a long time. I looked up and we were the only people left in the restaurant and all the other tables were cleaned off and set up for the next days breakfast. I paniced and said that I wondered how we were getting back to POFW. Our very nice waitress said not to worry that security knew where everyone was and that they would get us to our resort.

When we got downstairs, there was a security guard waiting for us and he kindly asked where we were staying. He walked us out of the castle and stopped and said let us watch the Kiss Goodnight. So we listened to the music and watched the castle. When it was over, he let me take photos and walked us out. When we got to the gate he said that our bus was over to the left and that it had Mickey Mouse on it.

We got to the bus and the bus was ours alone. The bus driver encouraged my daughter to sit in his seat and let me take pictures. Everyone was very, very nice.

You will be fine with your ADR time...however, the later the seating the more behind they seem to get. We had a late ADR there last year during free DDP and had to wait over an hour before we were seated. We were actually getting sick to our stomachs because we hadn't eaten anything in quite a while in anticipation of a big meal. My poor kids -- I probably should have let them get a little snack while we were waiting but I didn't want to spoil their dinner! Anyway, all's well that ends well, and we had a wonderful time leaving Epcot after closing. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Definately do not worry! I do believe that the World Showcase is slow to close up anyway. It's all open, so it takes a while for all the people to filter out to the exit. I'd prefer a late reservation as well, but the only thing available for our upcoming trip for Le Cellier was an early lunch @ 11:40 am on next Saturday (the day we leave). Oh well- I'll take what we can get.
