I have my reservations for HL. They informed me that a $10 gratuity (each direction) was included in my price.

My question is, do you ever pay above the required gratuity?
I am also getting the grocery stop. They said Albertsons. Any idea on their prices compared to other stores. Ours in OK is rather high in comparison.

We take Happy Limo quite a bit (we do a lot of Disney cruises in addition to WDW), and I think we have always given more than the standard gratuity. This is, of course, not necessary, but the drivers have been great & we've felt that they deserved it. It's the same at the Palo restaurant on Disney's ships...they have a $5 head charge, but we almost always add more because the service is so attentive.
Not sure about the Albertson's in your area, but here in Chicago (where they are called Jewel, but same company), they are in the ball park with the other grocery stores...a bit higher on some things, but it's where we shop anyway because they are close to home.
