Is there a door to the shower stall in a studio. Not a glass door to keep water in but a door for privacy if someone is standing at the sink,

If I recall correctly, that answer is no. The shower stall is in the same room with the sink - which does have a door separating it from the room with the toilet/tub as well as the hallway to the rest of the studio.
