? about FLA discounts...

Dh and I just bought an investment property in FL and I am wondering if you have to actually live in FL to get the discounts. We live in VA but rent the place in FL, do we qualify? We are booked for a spring break cruise so I am not expecting much other than a full boat but thought I could always hope for a discount? Maybe?

You need a Florida drivers license and mailing address to get the Fl resident discounts. Disney checks these more than Universal. A lot of seasonal residents claim FL residency for a variety of reasons..no state income tax, homestead tax breaks, etc.
