? about facebook app on iPhone

I have an iPhone and have had facebook app for quite a while. But I am feeling very stupid. How do I upload a picture from my iPhone to facebook? I see Pete, Walter, Teresa, Kathy, Corey etc posting into a mobile uploads album but I don't know how to do it.

Do you do it from the camera? I don't see that option when I click to send photo. Or do you upload from the facebook app? I'm not seeing it there either.

I'm sure this is simple and I am just missing it somewhere. Please enlighten me.

it is simple or I couldn't do it. go to facebook on your iphone, tap on "add a photo". then "choose existing photo" It will take you to all of your photos in your phone. pick one and upload it.

The add a photo option on the FB app is located on the upper right, looks like a camera icon.
