I sold an item on the 9th, and sent an invoice to the winner of the auction. I have not heard from them or received payment. My ? is how long do you give before you file a non paying bidder? Do you try to contact them again and if so what do you say? Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to selling on Ebay, so do not really understand it all yet. This is the first problem I have run into to.

I put in my auctions that payment is expected in 7 days. At the end of the 7th day I file. You can't file before that.
