My parents are residents and we have 2 rooms booked under their name @ WL for 3 nights. We will probably arrive B4 my folks do, but just in case they arrive 1st, will they be given both rooms at their check in? They have never stayed on-site and this is all new to them and they are 80...so you get where I'm coming from. I have called WL and asked them to note down the situation etc., but just wondering about it. Who else has checked in as non-residents with residents? Thanks for any info!

Haven't had your situation, but I'm a Florida resident and every time I check in they check my Florida I.D. (driver's license) - but that's to confirm a Florida resident discount rate. You can't get the discount without a Florida resident I.D. Same is true with park passes. As for the other issues, I've heard Disney is VERY helpful at accommodating special needs. Hope that helps.
