? about ADR's and outside dining

My family and I have ADR's for the Spirit of Aloha show and Mickey's Backyard BBQ for our trip in June. since both of these are contingent upon the weather, my question is this: should I make alternate ADR's at other restaurants in case these shows are rained out? I don't want to be stuck with no where to dine at the last minute.

Any thoughts?
