ABD or Taucks Bridges with preteen boys?

I’m struggling with whether to pick the Taucks Bridges Italy trip or ABD Italy trip? They are fairly similar but my boys will be 10 and 13 when we go in 2022. Any thoughts on which one is better for that age group? Are the tour buses similar and similar quality for the trip itself? For the money these trips cost I know ABD will be really nice but want to verify Taucks will be as well and that it will be fun for my picky boys! Thanks so much!

We did Tauck Italy years ago and my DH took my two stepsons on Tauck Bridges to London/Paris. We've also done ABD with our younger child. I think it just depends on what you are looking for in the trip. Tauck was nice, but we didn't find the guides to be outstanding and there were no magical moments, so to speak. With ABD, our guides were so personable, really made an effort to get the kids involved and there were always little surprises to be had. I would probably call both companies and ask how many children are booked for each of these trips and the ages - that would factor a lot in my decision, as well, if you think your boys would like to try to make friends on the trip. I think both companies are very good, I just prefer ABD.

The two are very similar. One difference is Tauck usually has one guide and Disney has two. With Disney you can always call and find out age and gender of kids. I try to pick dates with similar ages. That being said I think there is a lot more movement right now with people cancelling etc so not sure how much that will help.
