ABD Newbies - Questions about Hollywood/Disneyland Tour

Thanks again to everyone for their advice and help. My dad and I both had an amazing time but are still pretty exhausted to say the least! :P I do have one more question - I saw the information with the Disney photos that were uploaded, and I believe it IS OK to post some of these photos on Facebook or even have a Shutterfly book made, but as long as we don't sell the photos for a profit, we are free to use them however we see fit. Is that correct?
That is mostly correct. If you look at the zip files, you should have a photo in each zip that is a copy of the "Limited License" that allows you to "reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, and display the digital photos" "solely for personal, non-commercial use". You agree that you will not (and will not permit others) to "sell, transfer or use in any commercial manner". So you can't use it for any commercial use (like on a business website), whether it's for profit or not. It doesn't say only as long as it's not for profit, it says no commercial use.

But as far as any personal use like posting on facebook or here on the DIS, including in Shutterfly books, etc, as long as it's for personal use, you're good.

I would say also, as a courtesy that it does not include public use of photos of others in the group without their permission. You may not know if they allowed or declined right to use photos on their travel agreement. Large group photos probably OK, as people are not easily identified, but individual photos of other family or smaller groups probably not without permission.
