ABC Commissary going to be fast casual Dinner starting Nov 30th

Beginning Nov. 30, ABC Commissary at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will offer a fast-casual dining experience for dinner, providing Guests an enhanced menu with an emphasis on made-to-order, healthful and specialty items at this quick-service location.

After ordering their meal at the register, Guests will receive a pager and find a comfortable seat amid an Art Deco setting that features film posters from past and present while their food is prepared and brought directly to their table.

Lunch will continue to operate as it does today, as a quick-service offering, and fast-casual dining begins daily at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Hmm, is it going to be like BOG where you can get an ADR? Although this probably won't be as popular so hopefully you won't need one. Any idea when the menu will be available? We like table service more than counter service but we do like BOG at lunch. Depending on the menu, this might be a nice option that will save a little money vs. traditional table service. Thanks for the info!

Interesting. We may have to check it out in a few weeks. We have a hard time finding allergy friendly options in HS for my guys, but ABC has a few basics that could be adjusted to suit their needs. I'll watch and see what the new menu looks like and maybe we'll give it a try this next trip.

I will be sad if that means the reasonably priced steak dinner goes away. Loved the green beans served with this one, vs. the broccoli served as the side at Liberty Inn.

The steak is already gone. ABC commissary recently started serving the ribs that used to be at Fairfax Fare.

They certainly need to do something with ABC. IMO, it has been the worst dining experience outside of Chef Mickey that I have experienced at WDW. I've been there twice and that was two times too many.

I noticed this as well, but sadly from experience I know that it doesn't mean anything. It wouldn't be the first time we showed up to a restaurant and found that the menu was changed. I guess we'll hope to find it there and plan for alternatives.

Oh I see, they are a bit slow at updating their website menus? Well, we go in 2 weeks (to WDW not ABC Commissary) so we had better check out all the menus when we get there and not necessarily rely on their online information. I wish the website was wrong about LTT being AYCTE at lunch
