I just got my floral proposal and it says that I am only allowed to have 3 live flames per table and I had just bought almost 300 candles to put about 10 per table!! Did anyone have more than 3 candles per table in the AAR???

I don't know about the AAR, but they told me the same thing for the grand ballroom.

is it a new policy because all of my pictures that I showed them came from other Disney brides and many were in the AAR and had a ton more than 3 candles per table.

Is it possible that they mean you can't have more than 3 candles not in a glass cylinder/cup? I mentioned putting my unity candle on my cake table, and was told if I wanted it lit it would have to be in a cylinder.

I had my reception in AAP, and had more than 3 candles per table. I went through Disney Floral for all of it too. They did put them in votive cups.
