I haven't even left for our trip, and am already planning another!!! 
my fiance's roomate from college who lives just outside Cape Canaveral in January (luckily during value season), and since we will be getting AP's for our upcoming trip, and since we will hafta pay for airfare to FL for the wedding, why not squeeze another 5 days in at WDW. but where to stay. we'd like to try someplace new. here's a little background:
~ homebase is usually POR. we've tried ASMO and ASMu, but got really spoiled at the Mods, and the values don't really appeal to us anymore (sorry!!!)
~ for our upcoming wedding we'll be spending 8 days at the Poly, going on the Wonder for 3 days, then back to POR for another 6 nights. we've never stayed at a monorail resort (unless you count the Contemp when I was 10 and the only other choice for on-site hotel was the Poly) and am really curious on how that will be.
~ the night b4 the wedding, i'm kicked out of the poly, and am crashing at the contemp. damn wedding traditions . . .
~ AKL is a little out of the way for us. the idea of taking busses everywhere at a deluxe kinda kills it.
~ the Mrs' employer offers a discount for the Swan & Dolph, so I think that whole area will be covered in a future trip. (I reaaallly wanna stay at the BW/BC/YC/S&D area sometime)
we figure that the hotel cost isn't that much of a big deal for the Jan. trip since we already have the tix paid for.
any advice? we're totally stumped.
