DH and DS went on a cub scout camping trip this weekend. I didn't wait two minutes after they left to jump in the car and go crazy at Publix. I bought Chips and dip, chicken wings, baked clams, spanikpita, chicken salad, frozen pizza, honey chicken, creamed spinach, chimichangas, a can of redi-whip, kozy shak rice pudding, oreos and Ice cream. :scared1:

Most of these items are never in our house as they are major trigger foods for me.

Last night I watched chick flicks and ate about half of these items. Alone.

This morning I woke up and cancelled my WW membership.:sad2:

I just can't be trusted alone with food.:headache:

Read back through my blog Darlin, maybe you can find something there that will help you focus on.

Call WW back and RENEW! I'm not kidding. This is NOT the time to cancel your membership. Okay... so you fell off the wagon.... but not very FAR off the wagon. That wagon is STILL in sight! Lose what is left of that food (dump it down the garbage disposal or cover it with salt or something that makes it unrecoverable), pick yourself up, and get back in the WAGON!

Seriously... it sounds like you were in need of some comfort time, some "me" time... and unfortunately you chose food as your comfort/reward. It is so easy to do. Next time, reward yourself with a good movie (or two or three) or sleeping late, or a long bath with candle light and bubbles. You can also plan a food splurge (or two) that will be a great treat, but won't totally demolish your healthy food plan and make you feel defeated.

I wish I were there to give you a  and invite you to take a nice long walk. It sounds like you need both!! But you did the right thing by coming here to talk with us.

Tomorrow is another day... a new day... a day that you can use to get back on track. If you do, I promise you, by Monday morning you will have a new outlook! Good luck.............P

Is this the first time you have been alone in the house? Dh and dss are all scouts. It took a long time to get used to being alone in the house.. Last year dh stopped working with his troop and stopped going on trips. I found I missed having a weekend alone. I can make what I want and do what I want.

Everyone is gone this weekend. I went to bed early last night. This morning I ran some errands and then went with a friend to a quilt shop and to lunch. Tonight I am having left over dinner from the other night.

Last weekend everyone was gone and I started the day by shopping at a local farm market and had fresh veggies all weekend.

It does take some time to get used to being alone after having people around all the time. If done right it can be great. Good Luck

 .....

you came and posted here...that says alot. do NOT give up! you are worth a long and healthy life ahead of you! i've been there, probably safe to say that most of us here have been there. what makes us winners is we pick up, dust off, and continue on....you have already taken the first step of continuing on by posting here!

Do not cancel your membership.

OK....so you fell off the wagon, BIG DEAL. It happens to all of us.
In the words of Scarlet O'Hara, tomorrow is another day.

Also... it takes 3 days for your body to manufacture a pound of fat. One day is not a big deal. Just try to focus, and please do not get discouraged! Try to do a little exercise. You may feel a little better.
