Aaaaaarrrrghhhhh - ADRs

After waiting patiently for 8 months for today (my 180 day mark) having tried (and failed) to log on with my 12 digit number, I've just phoned the ADR reservation number...

They have my reservation and can see that we're arriving on 14 August but can't make 180+10 reservations for some reason.

Have I got my maths wrong or is anyone else experiencing the same????

Have you tried making them on the website, i have found this much easier

It appears that 3Letters 5Digits reference is having the most success with online ADR's, but even some of these are not showing linked to your accommodation. Hoop Dee Doo appears to be out of action from August to December, but Disney up to yet do not find it necessary to official announce it

Mine wouldn't work online buy was fine over the phone. I would ring back - another agent might be more helpful.

There also seems to be a problem because this year is a leap year - the 180 day mark is different that it would be in a non-leap year and either calculators or Disney are struugling to cope with the extra day.

I'm going to try again tomorrow and see how it goes

Many, many people (including myself!) have had problems with the reservation number, try calling if theyre urgent? We ended up doing ours every day at each 180 day mark... Very frustrating!

Booked with CO only got the 12 digit they don't seem to able to get the 8 digit...
Can we still book online or is it over the phone only then seems mixed messages??

Sorry you're having such a hard time, it's so disappointing when you've looked forward to it. I was one of the lucky one's that had the 3+5 digits, so was okay but lots seem to have had problems. You would think that if it was down to a leap year it would only effect the bookings after 28 Feb??!!! Hope you have better look tomorrow.

Who have you booked with? Disney will give you a 3+5 res number if you booked direct, that should work, the rest of us who booked thru other agents like Complete Orlando can't gat the 12 digit code to work.

what a difference a day makes!!!

just got off the 'phone and have, within the space of half an hour, secured all my first choice ADR's for the first 11 days of our August trip

obviously need to call back in a few days and finish up for the last few days but I have got Rose & Crown reservations for Illuminations, the character meals the children particularly wanted and my Narcoossees visit

so excited now

We'll be at Narcoossees on 23rd Aug at 7.05pm (give or take )

I still find it slightly crazy that I know exactly where I'll be more than six months from now but not so crazy that I'm not prepared to play along to ensure that we get to eat where we want to!

The CM was able to track my reservation from the 12 digit number but I now have another 12 digit number for each reservation. Good job I don't mind carrying around lots of information...

Great your sorted now... Yep whenever I have booked over the phone with a CM for a ADR always been given a different reservation number for each one..

Not sure if you are getting confused here.
Your accomodation booking ref will be(12 digits or 3Letters+5Numbers)
There is an option on the online dining booking page to link you ADRs with your accomodation. (that is when it works)
Each and every dining reservation will have an individual 12 digit reference.

It is these that should link back to your 'master' 12 digit (or 3Letters+5Numbers) accomodation reference.

When working correctly, you should be able to log into your accomodation an all the different 12 digit dining booking should be showing.

Does that explain it
