I am so frustrated looking for airfare. I check Air Tran and SW daily for deals. So this morning Air Tran is running a special $84 for the day we are flying down which saves us $60, ok sounds good, and if they are running special on way back...$120 now that would be great . But of course they are not , and they aren't even showing the $99 fair that I have been seeing . If I stay an extra day I can save the $$$$, but then it goes to a room, which is not available on property for less than I am saving. I HATE BOOKING AIRFARE . Thanks for letting me blow off some steam.

This is why I book our vacation flights with SW the first day they available. Just get the best price I can get on that day, purchase the tickets, place that dollar amount into my budget, then never look at SW again. If they change, I don't know it, and since we only go once a year, cancelling then rebooking does me no good since I can't use the credit before it expires anyway. JMO

Keep in mind Airtran's best fares are going to be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday flights.... other days will be higher...
