AAA WDW Vacation Package question

We have booked a WDW Vacation package through AAA. We opted for a 10 Day Park Hopper plus Water Park Fun & More* option plus the deluxe dinning package. How may cards/tickets/documents etc., can we expect to receive from Disney/AAA?

Trying to remember..I know when I paid our package in full, we got a folder with everything in it. The main thing is your invoice marked paid with your confirmation #. You get your actual Keys to the World (like a credit card - this is your room key, park tickets, dining plan card all-in-one) when you check in at the resort.

I believe everything else in the folder were the extras - Planet Hollywood and mini-golf/sea racer vouchers, AAA Diamond Parking pass, AAA Storytelling Info. etc.

I think the really important thing was that paid invoice with confirmation #.

I received the plastic folder with all of our vouchers for storytime, miniture golf, diamond parking pass, diamond card (great for WoD), driving directions (I think), luggage tags, confirmation numbers, etc;. They did not send mine to me. I had to go to the office and pick it up. It might be that our AAA office is in the town we live in though. Nice to talk to someone in person though. She took everything out of the folder and explained what everything was. Not that I couldn't figure it out, but it was just exciting sharing our Disney excitement with someone else. (BTW, I have a great AAA rep. She has Disney stuff all through her office so she genuinely loves Disney herself.)

You will receive documents about a month before your trip. You will receive a Keys to the Kingdom card for each member of your party upon arrival at your resort. This will be your room card, park entry card and you can use it to charge at the parks and resorts and Downtown Disney. Your dining plan is also tied to your card as well. You can set up charge privleges for each member of your party if you so desire and a spending limit as well. This is all done when you check in. Have a great trip!

You're correct. When you book through AAA your payment is due 45 days prior to your trip.

Ok.. just to be perfectly clear -> it doesn't matter who you book a "package" with - full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

This thread is a better fit on Resorts & Book and that's where I'll be moving it to!

If you are driving or using a rent a car to go to some of the parks be sure to use the AAA Diamond Parking Pass, it can get you a space considerably closer to the entrance.
