How do you know when Disney releases AAA rates for the resorts?
I am specifically interested in March 2010. Thanks in Advance..........

I appreciate your prompt reply. I booked last week, and was told they were not out yet for March.

They were released in August 2009 for the whole year of 2010, who told you they were not out yet?

I never seem to catch their names. I called back last night and got the rate. 10%, but better than nothing. Thanks for your help.

What hotel did you get at 10%? We originally booked POP and got 20% then switched to WL and appears we got 15%. Although this is for Feb so rates for March may be different.

February is value season for AAA so the rates are 15% and 20% off.

July is regular season.

I have been told by both Disney and AAA that all value resorts are 10 % no matter what season you go

We booked for July of 2010 and received a 20% discount at the WL.:thumbsup2

Villas are 20% too. We originally had BWV 1BR for February at 20%, good price - $372/night instead of $465 :scared1: Oh - I shouldn't have seen that in writing - ACK! We switched over to 4/3 which saved us $1,000 over the AAA price.

You may have requested a resort/date that had no more AAA rooms available so the CM told you they weren't out because they weren't available. You may have to play with some dates to get the AAA.

A note about the timing of "when" AAA rates are released .... once WDW releases their yearly rates, then within a week or two AAA releases their discounts.

So usually, WDW announces their next year pricing in July; thus, AAA discounts will be available shortly afterwards.

Remember that, just like other discount codes, they only have so many per resort/time period. If you are going during a busy period, you may want to book early to obtain the AAA discounts because they are limited.
