We recently booked a nine night stay at the CBR for next June. We currently have the Dream Maker plan scheduled. I just called and signed up for AAA, is it possible to call WDTC back and get a discount? I think that I read somewhere on these boards that the AAA rates are only good for "room only" bookings. Do I have to book through CRO to get the discount (and if so, what number do I call to get CRO)? Can I get a AAA rate with the dream maker plan? Or would I need to cancel that reservation and book only a room, then buy our UPH tickets when we get there?

 If someone could help me sort this all out, I would really appreciate it. TIA!!

call your AAA agent and they will arrange a discount. I always go

through my AAA agent for any vacation planning for Disney. With

AAA there is a discount on the rooms starting at 10 percent up to

20 percent depending on type of lodging and time of year. In

addition, if you book through AAA you recieve a diamond card

that will give you discounts on meals and merchindise. Also, you

will recieve vouchers for special viewing of Mickey's Jamin Jungle

parade and the fireworks in Magic Kingdom and Epcot.:bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

I booked our trip through AAA and recieved their discount on top of the FTP.

You can call CRO and book room only with your AAA membership. This is how I do it. However, go to mousesavers.com and see if your AAA discount is available yet for your dates. Or you could call CRO and ask. I am not sure what all the Dream Maker package includes, but you may do better on your own and not a package. There are several discount ticket sites you can use to get tickets. AAA has discounted tickets too. Keep in mind that as your dates draw nearer, there may be a discount code that comes out that could be better than your AAA discount or your Dream Maker package. Last year we booked room only for WL for last week of Feb (value season). Rack rate was $199, AAA rate was $169 (or something similar) but when the discount codes came out we got our room for $119 per night. We couldn't have been happier. However, I know you can't count on discount codes but the AAA rate is better than paying rack rate. I hope this helps.
