AAA Discounts on Packages

Hi
I am currently holding a reservation for the new package for NOvember. I cannot get my AAA discount without using a AAA agent. Does anyone know what the discount on a package is for AAA members?

Up until 11/26 is Regular season.

Value and Moderate: 15%

Deluxe, DVC, & FW Resort Resort and Campground Cabins: 10%

Remember it is for the room only portion of the package.

Thanks for getting back to me - unfortunately, AAA are the only agents that apply the discount, so I am at the mercy of someone getting back to me. That is the main reason I enjoy booking my own trips

I called Disney yesterday and booked a trip saying I was a AAA member and gave them my number. The Disney Rep then took my number down and gave me the AAA rate (the same rate I got when I called AAA seperately). In short, I was able to get the AAA rate without a AAA rep.

And to give you an idea of what kind of discount there is, regular rate was $77 for Values and I got $68 with AAA.

I've got ressies in June 05 at the Poly with a 10% AAA discount applied. I did it through 407-WDISNEY.

I'm wondering that too - still waiting to get a quote from a different AAA agent.

It is just taking so long....granted their computers were up/down Monday & Tuesday but Wednesday she worked 1/2 day and today she isn't in either. So frustrating....

Only AAA agents can book a AAA package. Someone mentioned they did it through WDW. Maybe the CM didn't realize he or she had to go through AAA. For the most part, you will be told to go through AAA.
If the agent hasn't called you back, try another agent. Check AAA's website and go under "locations", then select another office. Yes, it's true that the lines were down Monday and Tuesday, but a good agent should call you back by now. Keep trying. If you want the package, AAA is the only place offering a discount at this time.
By the way, when the agent does call back, make sure you know what the price should be to double check that they took off the discount from the room portion of the package (deduckt the % off the room rate portion of the package). Earlier in the week, WDW computers were not taking off the AAA %. It took my agent many tries before AAA fixed my rate.

Thanks for the advice - I know what the package $$ is without the discount. Today I did call another AAA location - they havent called back either. So irritating. I may try calling them back in a few minutes.

I booked AAA through dreamsunlimitedtravel.com . Mine is room only but I'm almost positive that they can do it for packages as well. It's free for a quote and can't hurt to try since you're not having much luck with your AA agent.

Dreamsunlimited can not offer AAA discount off the new package, I asked. Only AAA can do this.
