AAA discount ?

I have 6 nights AKL deluxe savanna view booked with a package plus dinning. It is currently at rack rate, if I join AAA can they book a package with a discount or only a room only? We want to use the dinning plan.

Yes, AAA will be able to book a package for you. From what I understand the AAA discount will be on the room and then tickets and dining are added to that. Although, some people have reported getting a AAA discount on their tickets as well.

also, make sure AAA has availability for the dates / resort you want. From what I've seen, they don't have access to all available rooms, so checking the Disney site might be misleading.

I booked my trip through Michelle Shears (AAA in South Carolina - 1-800-643-5332) and found working with her to be very easy...even after I made multiple changes to my reservation.

After years of making all of our own reservations I booked our upcoming trip through AAA...so far so good. You can recieve the AAA room discount (ranges from 10 to 20%...usually about 15%) on the room rate and then add on the tickets and dining....there was a small discount on the tickets as well (maybe $8 to 10 pp...I forget exactly)...dining is the regular price.

Although the discount is not huge every little bit helps and it is the only discount you can use with the MYW package that includes dining. In our case it saved us a little over $200 to go through AAA.

Since general codes seem few and far between at this point it is probably your best bet for a package.

When the free dining offer came out our AAA lady even called me to see if I was interested in changing dates to take advantage of the free dining....I thought that was nice of her (we couldn't change dates unfortunately, but it was nice of her to offer!!)
