Hello Everyone!

I hope you are all well! My name is Nichelle and I am A 28 year old Disney obsessed Newlywed who is going back to Disney to celebrate my first anniversary! I hail from Maryland and I live there with my DH and two spunky cats. I love volunteering and in my spare time I run a non-profit called Saving Joy that caters to the homeless. This is one of the reasons I am so late in planning this trip because I have been planning events for the homeless children I work with and their families(In addition to working full-time). My DH is an architect and while he does not have the passion I have for Disney he does enjoy going! Currently, we have no children (well...do cats count?) because DH wants to wait a few years to have them. DH and I were married last May and spent our Honeymoon at Disney and on a Disney Cruise which was awesome!

We are currently booked the Animal Kingdom Lodge and will spend 7 days at Disney in May. We booked the buy 4 get 3 special. I am sooooo looking forward to this trip because when we went for our honeymoon last year I was sick and had spent the prior six months in and out of the Hospital :scared:. I decided to write this pre-trip report to help me with planning out our trip. I know that I am getting a late start! So maybe you guys can help? This is the schedule I have so far:

Thursday: Arrive in Disney(AKL) -Whoohoo!
Dinner at Jiko's

Friday- Epcot
Dinner at Chef's De France

Saturday- Animal Kingdom
I want to do La Nouba; has anyone gone and enjoyed it?

Sunday- Magic Kingdom
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern

Monday-MGM
No ressies yet

Tuesday-Blizzard Beach
No ressies yet

Wednesday-Magic Kingdom
Dinner Crystal Palace

I will write more later

Last night I pulled out my suitcase while listening to an old Disney record. That's right! I said record!:rolleyes1 When my dad died when I was 11 he left me his whole collection of Albums. Last Christmas my mom gave me a new record player and some of the records that my sister and I used to listen to as a child. One of them was a Disney record! So I am going to officially going to start packing today. I think I am going to get some Disney gear ahead of time to wear. Do you guys wear Disney garb to the Parks?

So I have been terrible at this pre-trip report and we leave next week! We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and were able to take advantage of the buy 4 get 3 free deal. This is the first time ever that we will be at Disney for that long! Last year for our honeymoon we visited for 4 days and then took a 3 day Disney Cruise. There are so many rides that I still have not been on even though this will be my third trip. For instance I have never been on Its A Small World After All or Peter Pan. I did spend an hour in Minnies house last year! So my plan this year is to ride every ride at Disney World. On our first day we plan on heading out to the pool and maybe to MGM for a little while. We have reservations for Jiko's later that night. I tried to get tickets for a Fantasmic Dinner but was unable to! I am still debating as to whether or not DH and I want to wing it and wait in the normal line but that would mean giving up our dinner Ressie at Jiko's
