A Wonderful Cm Named Alex

I had some concerns with how I was treated by a CM recently and forwarded them to WDW. I happened to call today to correct my ME ressies & spoke with Alex. He was fantastic! He was by far the nicest CM I have EVER spoken with. He was extremely efficient & helped me tremendously. I amm going to send a letter re his top notch service today. I received a call back from Sally re my original concerns and let her know how fabulous Alex was. Sally was most accomodating. She checked my reservations and assured me that everything was in place. IMHO most CM's will go above and beyond to help you.
