Please forgive my ignorance but I’ve never planned a trip to US before. I’ve just booked a club level room at PBH (it was all that was left. Any tips for that?

Also, I was wondering if PBH offers anything in terms of checking in for you flight (bags and all) at the hotel? If not, do they offer a service to hold your luggage at the hotel either before or after check–in/out?

I’m unfortunately going to be working for the majority of the time I’m down there. During the small amount of time that I’ll actually have to enjoy myself (possibly a few hours on a Friday morning) is there anything you would suggest I definitely not miss at the hotel?

And finally, I’m definitely hope to work in a good meal. Any suggestions?

You can leave your luggage with the bellhop after you checkout.

My suggestion would be to get the 7 day ticket that is available and try to catch some rides. With FOTL, you will be surprised how many you can fit in. You are only a 15 minute walk or short boatride from the parks and Citywalk.

The restaurants are excellent at PBH, as are the restaurants at Citywalk.

Have fun!!

The Portofino is a great hotel and I am sure that you will enjoy your stay. It sounds like you are travelling on business so I'm not sure if you are paying for the hotel or expensing it. Either way, AAA has great discounts at the PBH and you can call the hotel directly and apply the discount. Also, if you are not already, I suggest you join Loew's First. Should you find the time to explore the parks, as has already been mentioned, your room key will make a real difference in how much you can see. As far as restaurants go, I think Tchoup Chop at the RPR is a great restaurant, that shouldn't be missed.

Hi, since you're staying club level, there is a computer in the PBH club lounge so you can at least check in for your flight there and print your boarding passes. They do not have anything like Disney as far as checking in for flights and handing over your luggage, but they will gladly store your luggage in a secure location until you are ready to leave for the airport. You can also call the front desk on your last morning and see if they have a late check out available to you. Have you signed up for Loews First?
