A way to find title companies used in passed ROFR??

Just curious, is there a way to see which title companies were used for contracts that passed ROFR?

I don’t think so. Most brokers have certain ones they recommend or use.

Since every broker experiences ROFR, I am sure that all know how to deal with it.

Are you looking to find out which title company passes more contracts? - I imagine this would be a question on volume since I've never seen anything to indicate which title company you use plays into their ROFR decision

You could look at the posts made in the ROFR thread when a contract was reported to be taken and then see if the same user posted the title company in the Closing Time thread.

There isn't any indication that the title company has impact on ROFR decisions. So you might be doing some leg work to only find out the title company doesn't really matter in regards to ROFR. Pricing of the contract appears to be the biggest factor, then contracts that allow DVC to fulfill a waitlist request, then repurchases for special promotions DVC is going to run at specific resorts, and then special circumstances where non-extended OKW can be bought and magically extended when resold...those are most likely your reasons for contracts being taken.

I agree that factors other than the title company affect ROFR decisions.

Disney operates on what benefits them. Which title company is associated with a given contract doesn't seem like anything Disney would care about. But, what do I know?
