Found time to play a little fireworks on a computer that actually works today, and I was surprised to find myself in a game vs ArwenQueen (After round 1, AQ was in first, I was in second). So much for first place right? Well, it seems she DC'ed and I was given the chance to come in first. Right after the final round, I DC'ed thinking my elusive goal of 1st place would never come. Relogged on to find out it registered and I had a PDF waiting for me!

well first place is actually worse than second, just so you know. If you manage to get over 240k credits and second place or worse, you get magic and 1,300 credits. If you already have the magic, you only get 1,300 credits, but you can get magic after so many more wins (I haven't figured out how many yet).

But the 675 total you get from first place (or just over 200k points) is really good too.

And are you giving away the bracelet cause you don't want it or cause you can't redeem it? I'm lucky enough to have a friend who will redeem mine. If you don't want it, you should know there's a vmk code on the inside of it. Though I think the code is online now so pretty much everyone has used it. At least it said I had already used the code from the bracelet I got. It was still neat though.

I have two certificates from games to get one of those bracelets.. but I can't get to parks before they expire. I was so bummed about that. How can you get them without going to a park?

That's wierd, because I got a glow in the dark braclet when I won my first game on level 3 in pirates game.

Just to clarify, I'm bummed because hitting a certain milestone, I thought I would be getting a Nemo Chair or something better. It's like going to Wallyworld and then realizing it's closed for refurb when you get there

I've tried for 240,000, and have only managed to scrape 238,000. So, the hunt continues for the elusive Fireworks magic.

Going to DL many times over now, I've accumulated more bracelets than I want. Another PDF for one just isn't thrilling

Right now, that pdf has exactly zero value. You get a bracelet for turning in the regular quests at the parks, which anyone who goes there with a bracelet pdf would do anyhow. Then, after you get the first bracelet for turning in the other quests, you offer them the pdf and ask for another and they tell you to bring it back in 90 days, as no one can get the same prize any more often than once every 90 days.

I supposed, theoretically, you could have a real life mule get it for you, but again, why not have your real life mule turn in answers and get the rest of the quest cards?
