After watching the weather report , I was sure I would wake to the crack of lighning and knew my dreams of Flag Family would be scuttled!
But....
Alas...
We ARE in the Magic Kingdom and all was ok..It was clouding up abit in the west, but no rain so far.
I dashed to the Lobby ASAP for fear that someone would see a streak of lighning and cancel our Flag event! Kelly was there to meet us and took us up to the Conceriege ( where I pretended to stuff my pockets with the breakfast buffet that was spread out ) We headed up the stairs and out to the roof! I floated up actually because I was so excited!

When it came time for the WL flag..Kelly told me that I got to cristen the new WL flag..it was just taken out of the package that morning!! Rick and I raised it together, this was just the best time!!

Our Trip!!
We had asked for late checkout and was granted 1:00pm by Lodgekeeping, so we headed to WCC for a rootin, tootin, breakfast then to Epcot for some more Mission Space ( 3 x's!! ). We also got to do Test Track which I had never been on!
Afterward, we made a quick pass through Living Seas before the rain hit and we decided to head back to the Lodge.
Packed and ready, we headed out!! Can't wait!! DH and I are planning a "Mommy and Daddy" get away at the Lodge for this Fall!!! WOO HOO!!
