When I first made my reservations for our WDW vacation I talked to someone that vas helpful but did not go above and beyond.
The week before we were scheduled to leave I called back to reconfirm our plans and pay the remainder of my room and I got a woman on the phone named Capri Heather. She was super nice and was able to change us to another resort and save us over 600.00 on our room for the same accomidations and went above and beyond the call of duty. I want to commend her for all she did for us. People like her make vacations like ours even more special.
