We called Disney to confirm a few things reservation wise, and ended up getting a room discount and upgrade!!! Went from a standard room at Port Orleans Riverside to a Royal Guest Room at Port Orleans Riverside and got back $127!!! Heck yea

We called Disney to ask about some of our reservations and asked if any deals where going on, the nice lady said a room discount was available. But it was only for a garden view or a royal room. She checked and it turned out we could get the royal and get money back. Very awesome
