A very merry unbirthday to you! It's my unbirthday trip! It's Mom's unbirthday too!

Excitement!:banana:

Yes folks, finally we are at the final countdown and only hours to go!:dance3:

I have done on line check in for both my Disney resorts and checked in already for the airline so everything is green for GO!

I mentioned to Mom once again about the ECV and the costs and the sheer size of WDW and for once she actually didn't say no. She didn't say yes either, she said she will think it over after we get there. So I think that we have a YES here meaning the park commando tour is ON! (Just kidding)

DS and DD ARE joining us for sure and driving in from Daytona Beach. (Must be nice...)

So... at 0625 my feet will be off the ground and those silver wings will carry me to faraway places full of magic and wonder and Mickey Mouse.

And Starbucks coffee and my favorite egg and potato tacos with green chile. YUM! (Yes, it's airport food, but it's tradition)

And once more just because::dance3::dance3::dance3::dance3:

We're back home safe and sound and we had the time of our lives! This was indeed a trip of a lifetime and a dream come true for both Mom and I. Disney magic was plentiful.

Now how to get hired on for WDW? Seriously, I could do this. I love Disney and it would be my dream career path.

Post trip report later... pics to upload and a bit of work to be done first. Thanks everyone for all the help in making my trip such a success!:hug:

wow!! got behind reading your report and came to read it today and you are already back! So happy you had a great time. Can't wait to hear all about it:banana:

Welcome Home Cin!!! Glad your trip went well, and look forward to your TR with lots of pictures....we leave in just 35 days!!!!! :cool1:

We dined here last week and we were very disappointed. The place was so loud inside we could barely talk. The food was okay but just okay. I had the candele pasta and the proscuitto melon pizza. Sadly, the pasta was comparable to Chef Boyardee.

There was a white sauce on top (bechamel I think) that Mom didn't like at all and she scraped it off. I thought the white sauce was okay but the dish overall was very bland and boring. We have had much better at the Olive Garden chain and I was expecting a comparable quality. The pizza was good. We enjoyed the flavor very much and the crust was full of flavor. The proscuitto was not cooked though and just added on top afterward.

We have a Grimaldi’s pizza here in Texas that is far superior (A Brooklyn NY pizza chain) and I guess I was comparing it to what I am used to. The tiramisu was decent and I would order it again although Olive Garden’s is better too. Mom had the zeppole and it was just okay but not memorable. The restaurant is decorated nicely inside and has a lot to offer the eye. The high cathedral ceilings though seem to echo the sound throughout and it is not a quiet romantic place. This was take out quality food at exhorbitant prices. Out of all the places we have dined at so far in WDW, this one got a DNR. Do Not Return.
