A Very Merry Late Pictoral Report ... December '06 @ RPR/USF

I know, I know ... you're waiting for my May trip to HRH, aren't you? (OK, you're not really), but I haven't had an easy time uploading my pics when this state-of-the-art cable company I have offers me dial-up when I upload, and cable modem when I download. Progress in this podunk town I live in, I guess.

Anyway, I was just now able to upload my pics from our December 2006 trip to RPR Club. I won't do much of a trip report because it was too long ago, and I'd rather save my energy for our May trip review.

I just thought that some of you would like to see some deocorations at the RPR and parks and the wonderful view from the Mike & Jodie room on the RPR Club Floor.

We started our trip off at WDW (believe it or not) at the Boardwalk Inn. Then we went on a 4-day DCL Wonder Cruise. How could we not finish up our vacation at our favorite place? We only had 3 days at Universal in December because we had to get back to work at some point. Anyway, without further adieu, here are our pics:

I'm so glad you posted the Christmas pics. I've always wanted to go to UO, when it's all dressed up for the holidays, but we haven't made it there yet. Me believes Mike & Jodie are RPR royalty. That view proves it! Looking forward to your May report.

Awww man those photos make me miss RPR so much. We didnt have such a great view though. Our view was of the highway. We were in the last room all the way down on the left from the club lounge. Great photos!

I remember shannon from club lounge, but I really truly never noticed that she had such huge bazuumbas on her. Do you think thats the 10 lbs the camera adds?

Melanie, were you stuck in 3737? My SIL and BIL were stuck there once. It was not a good view!

Linda, Shannan had a baby that she was still nursing at that time. Perhaps that was it? Or maybe it was the shirt she chose that day? Not sure on that one!


Well, we used to be RPR Club Royalty, but Shannan is the one that always made sure we had our room, and now she's gone back to school. It would be funny in that we'd usually wait in the club lounge till our room was ready, and you know they never tell you your room number until it's ready. We'd hang out in the lounge together, and then she'd get the call, and tell us our room was ready. We'd just say, "Our usual room?" We wouldn't even need the number. We still keep in touch with Shannan via email. She is doing well in school, and is of course busy with her 2 little ones.

Well as ever you have come up trumps with answering my posts .
Brilliant pics by the way, I think we are going to have to do at least one night on our 2008 trip .
It was great to see a bigger pic of you both as well , I can put a proper smile to your lovely messages now .
