Yes, that is RIGHT people, I'm going back to Disney THIS YEAR...September 13-20, and I was going to make that my big reveal at the end of my trip report(we decided to book the bounce-back the very last day), but that obviously didn't happen yet (not near it!) so I just figured as I make my return I'd announce that wonderful news!

.....and the news that we have just gotten ourselves a brand spanking new LAPTOP!!!!!

My bonus at work helped pay for it (and all that HARD work and no play helped my BONUS) Just got it in March and I knew just what to do with it.

I could have quoted everyone who hoped for my return, but I figured y'all would forgive me if I just say...I'm back! I am sorry I was gone for SO long. Our computer had numerous problems, and the monitor even went out. We thought it was not worth getting a new monitor for that old thing.

Also, welcome to those who have posted for the first time during my absence.

I would LOVE for you to finish your TR!! And like Tat said, you could always have both your TR and a new pre-TR going at the same time!!

Glad I surprised ya! hmm.....yes as long as the laptop doesn't get caught in some natural disaster, no sorry not every night--but the nights that hubby works for sure! and YES of course!!

yup...new laptops are AWESOME!

Unfortunately I have all my pics on the old computer, although I am pretty sure we never deleted them all off the camera. I am taking Carla's advice and not storing any pics on the laptop, but will be putting them on an external hard drive. We still need to get one before I can do that though.
The good news is I think I have most of the ones from the Magic Kingdom already on Photobucket, so I should be able to do the next update before we even get the hard drive. I'm just glad we didn't delete those suckers off the camera!

I think you ARE that good. just playin'. I know it takes a bit to get to a point where you can keep up with everything let alone write your own reports.

maybe you have me mistaken for someone else...this is my first one, I just never finished it. LOL Or maybe you meant you read my PRE-trip and now you're in for the post trip report. Either way, thanks for being here!

In case you missed anything, I had a broken computer and we just finally got a new one...a laptop anyway. I will do my best at finishing this report before my next trip is here.

I have one like this one and I got it at Target http://www.target.com/Western-Digit...ie=UTF8&node=13015141&frombrowse=1&rh=&page=1

Mine is a Western Digital like that one only it has more gigs on it. It's very easy to use and I even do my back ups on it that Windows Live One Care takes care of for me. There are smaller ones out there but from what I saw they are more expensive and you really only need a portable one like that if you are gonna be taking it a lot of places with you which is why I just settled on the cheaper Western Digital. Maxtor is also a good brand name in hard drives but you'll pay more for that too.
